This is a quick delicious Chicken Alfredo with homemade sauce. Cooked rotisserie chicken can definitely be used in this simple dish or chicken breasts.
Start a pot of salted water for the pasta. Cook pasta according to packaging instructions.

Fillet chicken breast into two pieces. Pat dry with a paper towel, season both sides with salt and pepper.

Preheat a large skillet on medium heat. Add two tablespoons of butter, allowing it to melt. Add chicken breasts, cooking them approximately 5-6 minutes undisturbed on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Once chicken is done cooking set aside and allow to rest. Wipe skillet clean.

In a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter. Whisk in 1/8 cup flour stirring for about a minute. Add in garlic and white wine, cooking for a couple of minutes.

Whisk in heavy cream, cracked pepper, parmesan cheese. Cook and whisk until sauce thickens to desired consistency. about 5-7 minutes. Salt to taste.

Drain pasta and toss in sauce coating the noodles. Place in a bowl and add sliced chicken breast on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve and enjoy!
